This was my first - and absolutely the last - transaction with Regatta.com. They allowed me to buy 2 different fleeces. Then 24 hours later emailed me to say that one of the items was 'Out of Stock'. I had paid £3.95 postage for TWO items, not ONE. I replied to their 'Zendesk' address (the one it said to reply to) asking of they would send the second fleece free of charge when it was back in stock and that I would reject the delivery if I hadn't heard from them. As others have said, there was no reply. By this time, HERMES emailed to say that they 'had' the package. On the delivery instructions I specifically stated that they should ring the bell. That would have allowed me to reject the parcel. Of course, they didn't and dropped it on the front step! The delivery email - with a picture showing the parcel on the ground!! - said that they had left it in the 'porch' - erm, we don't have one. I have no idea when/if they will refund me. I will not pay another set of postage to return it and then another set to re-order. I have instead done what I should have done in the first place and ordered via a.n. TBH, the current climate has encouraged a lot of 'online retailers' to try their hand and Regatta.com is not fit for purpose. They are aware that shops are closed for months at a time and have sought to profit from that. They are severely damaging their brand, though, and may find that people are reluctant to buy their goods when the shops open again.

Dreadful website. Filters do not work. Just wasted half hour of my life trying to unsuccessfully order a fleece!Unfortunately, this will be another business that will go bust if they can't even get the fundamentals right!!Sort out and simplify your online purchasing or lose customers- it's that easy!

Right before Christmas of 2020 I bought myself a Regatta Fincham waterproof and breathable jacket on sale. Although I was warned by a friend that I should not buy anything from them because their clothes fall apart, I did not believe him and I paid the price for my stupidity. Having worn the jacket for only 5 times, the threads started showing up everywhere as though I had worn it for 5 years! When I tried to tie the bottom part of the jacket, the lace broke and was hanging for some 30 cm. And I did not even pull it hard.I will NEVER buy anything from this crappy company selling such bad clothes! I am still working on getting my money back.PS Too bad I can't upload the pictures I took of the jacket.

Crap! Waiting over two weeks now and order still hasn't come. Told me it was at the DPD on the 22nd of January and yet I have no tracking for my order. Kept getting emails saying that my order was being delayed. Rang up DPD and they said they have no record of the order.

I wish I had of read the reviews in ordering directly from Regatta. I have purchased numerous items from retailers but never directly from the company themselves.I bought a ladies coat size 12 which is not sized correctly as all of my previous coats purchased are size 10 or 12.The delivery costs were paid then I have had to pay £8.95 to return by Royal Mail signed for post on receipt 1st class. This cost to return when I only tried the garment on is disgraceful. I chose to return by Royal Mail as I am poorly and do not have access to a printer at the minute, the promised returns label has not been sent to me by Regatta customer services. I am disgusted by the level of service by a so called reputable organisation.The policy which clearly states to refund 100% of my money within 28 days on a returned item. If this does not happen I will follow the complaints process and escalate via the retailer ombudsman without any hesitation.This level of service is not acceptable and neither is the returns process. Please do not use Regatta directly when purchasing your items, this was my first and last purchase using this retailer directly.

I can not be any more positive about my experience with this company. I bought a paddled jacket in the sale while visiting Exeter, once home I noticed it was fadded down the back. After a very supportive phone conversation with the branch I was on the company website explaining ( fadding due to being window display) a very prompt response requesting proof of purchase and a photo of the jacket and I was being offered 2 alternatives. One same only difference was colour the other in my jacket colour but higher specification and twice the price. Return lables were emailed and within 5 days my new jacket had arrived. Higher praise I can not give. Thank you, I wish all customer service was like this. Polite email's and supportive staff in the Exeter shop.

Regatta mumford green wellington boots look good but don't go near them my pair failed in the first week.Read reviews and it seems a common problem.If regatta get back to me I ll be surprised but will post if satisfactory outcome.Now three weeks into new pair of Decathlon £8.99 Wellington boots great even if they fail tomorrow will have lasted 4 weeks longer than the £25 Regatta boots.

Regatta is the best clothing brand and there is no doubt about that. For years I am struggling on finding the right brand for me but when the first physical store open in our place, I instantly purchase the color gray with a logo of regatta on the left side upper pocket and take note they have a SALE at that time. So Up until now the tee shirt is still in good condition. It is my favorite cause even I am over sweating the shirt is like just absorbing my sweat and I didn't even feel any uncomfortableness or uneasiness especially as a badminton player this is very important to me. So I highly recommend this to my friends and to those who is still searching the best clothing for them, Hey! this is the right one for all of you. So I want to give my 5 star rate to them and thank Regatta for always continuing their 100 percent good service and for solving my clothing problem.

Terrible service . I received a parcel with 3 jackets and need to return 1 of them ,there was no packing slip ,I have sent 3 emails with no response ,no contact number to call anyone ,so annoying as how can I return item without this information and no one responding to emails .

I agree with previous reviews, In the current COVID situation where unfortunately we are all shopping more online this retailer charges you to deliver the parcel and the return is at your own cost. I queried the £3.96 I had been charged and they are refusing any sort of gesture or refund. I shall pay but will not use them again.

Shame a Zero review is not possible.I purchased a women’s Regatta fleece recently, which used the material of 50% polyester & 50% (sheep) wool.This garment irritates the skin and causes unbearable itching. Goodness knows what kind of sheep the wool comes from but obviously one that hates humans!The Regatta company are very unhelpful saying they were “sorry to learn I found the garment uncomfortable”I tried to wash this in a specialist wool fabric conditioner but to no avail. Be warned do not buy this product or any other using the combination of ‘tech’ wool. Please do not waste your money on this Fleece. The fact it was in their ‘sale’ at 70%off, is the biggest warning I guess. However £32 of my hard earned pension is wasted.My fleece is going in the bin, it would have been very unkind to donate this to a charity shop & inflict misery on someone else.This is an honest genuine review.

They basically STOLE from me, never sent the article, and didn't refund the money.
